TopSolid, a complete integrated solution
Rapid and efficient design
In order to be competitive in today's international market, you have to
draft, design and manufacture products quickly - without making any compromises
in terms of quality.
Manufacturers must be familiar with a variety of CAD and CAM programs
because their use is frequently required in the complex processes of manufacturing.
However, the potential for development in this field is by no means exhausted.

- When product data is transferred between various software structures,

Sheet-Metal Processing
A sheet-metal part consists of several adjacent surfaces with different
overlaps that are shaped and folded in different thicknesses. TopSolid
offers a highly efficient CAD tool, TopSolid/Fold, for the design and
un-folding of sheet-metal parts.
TopSolid/Fold main features:
- A basic set of tools (openings, cutting tools, burring tools, etc.),
to which others can be added
- Various types of bend
- "Intelligent" components: punched rivet nuts
- Miter cuts for welded steel parts
- Folding of unfolded parts in order to redesign the 3D model

Sheet-metal manufacturing parts
This CAM tool, for computer-aided sheet-metal processing, was developed
for punching and laser processes. It is based on various concepts for
automating machining processes and associativity, and is notable for its
user friendliness and ease of use.
TopSolid/PunchCut is integrated into TopSolid/Fold, the sheet-metal
unfolding module, and therefore takes into account all the changes made
to the model. The tools are automatically reassigned. TopSolid/PunchCut
automatically controls the movement of the various grippers and the repositioning
and turning of the parts. "Realistic" simulation ensures error
and loss-free programming.
